My name is Kristen, and I am a mom, wife, and teacher. I have a wonderful husband, Dave, and the sweetest little girl, Emma. Dave and I have been through so much between his health and our baby’s health. Between the two of us, we are currently gluten, nut, dairy, soy, beef, and chocolate free. What a blessing it’s been though – it’s helped us get even more health conscious and critical of the things we buy, make, and consume.
